As an organisation, we realise the seriousness of the announcement made by the President on Sunday 15 March 2020. As an organisation, we will endeavour to limit the number of staff as much as possible and as far as possible and enable remote working which includes working from home.

Detective measures:

As part of the organisation’s detective measures, we have implemented a screening point. All employees required to work from the office during the lockdown period will be screened.

A COVID-19 Compliance Officer has been identified who will be notified of any suspected infections.

Where any temperature screened employee or individual displays any symptoms of COVID-19, including a mild cough or a low-grade fever (37.3C or more) while at the workplace, the appointed COVID-19 Compliance Officer must immediately be notified and the Emergency Response Procedure must be followed.

What we expect from our clients upon visiting our office

You will be required to wear a facemask.

At the screening station, your temperature will be taken. If your temperature is above 37.3C, you will not be allowed to enter our office.

Your hands will be sanitised.

If you feel ill, we request you rather contact us via email or telephonically than visiting our office.

1.4          As part of our preventative measures, employees will be required to participate in a screening procedure to reduce risks to employees in general before being allowed into the premises as well as when you leave the premises.
